For peace of mind and technical compliance, the ULTRA flush-to-wall door design is FD30 fire approved. This means it is fully tested and approved for 30 minutes’ fire protection. This approved fire door design comes supplied with its own intumescent kit that fits seamlessly to the frame and not the door, saving time as well as money.
All the ULTRA door systems including the FD30 system are supplied with a magnetic lock and strike plate. This can be specified as a latch, bathroom thumb turn or cylinder lock depending on where they are specified.
This design is incredibly simple to install, with only four screws to assemble the frame and clear, concise instructions provided to make this a very straightforward install.
