Whether it’s called Third Age Housing, Retirement Communities or Later Life Living, the future occupants of these developments expect the best for themselves and their new neighbours. With the new Fitwel standard coming into play, designs have to integrate communal facilities, active lifestyles and nature. What are the advancements as we design the next generation of homes for the older generation in our society?
