Climate change poses huge challenges to overcome but architecture and landscape design can play a huge role in making spaces and places that are more inhabitable and kinder to the environment. Many believe that the key to success is retrofitting our cities, bringing in more wildlife into urban areas and changing our architecture to reestablish connections to the natural world. Then we might be able to stop, take a breath and enjoy our surroundings.
